Nutritious Seed Mix

Also known as sprinkles thanks to our 2 year old. So quick to whizz up and provides that extra bit of nutrition and substance. Add liberally to cinnamon porridge, fruit and natural yoghurt, smoothies. A lovely source of protein, calcium, antioxidants and good fats. Play around with the ingredients and use quantities to suit whatever you have on hand.

Preparation time: maybe 5 minutes!


  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup ground chia seeds
  • ¼ cup raw cocoa nibs
  • ¼ cup white mulberries
  • ¼ cup goji berries


  1. Add ingredients to nutri-bullet or food processor and blitz! Easy peasey. Enjoy!
